The source reported that on September 14, 1970, about 60 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces moved arround in Ponhea Leu commune at VU 811-008 and Phnom Batt commune at VU 767-014. The source added that the Khmer Viet Cong armed forces to attack National Army at Badoeng, Oudong district, Kampong Speu province some day.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃ ១៤ កញ្ញា ១៩៧០ ពួកខ្មែរ យៀកកុងប្រហែល៦០នាក់ មានកាំភ្លើងដែលធ្វើដំណើរទៅវិញ ទៅមកក្នុងឃុំពញ្ញាឮ ត្រងចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៨១១-០០៨ និងឃុំភ្នំបាត ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៧៦៧-០១៤។ ប្រភពបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ពួកខ្មែរយៀកនេះបម្រុងចូលវាយប្រហារកងការពារជាតិនៅបាត់ដឹង ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ក្នុងថ្ងៃណាមួយ។
