On May 6, 1973, some 30 Khmer Viet Cong Armed Forces, equipped with PM-ac guns, B-40 guns and a large amount of hand grenades, came to spread propaganda from Prek Bro Kong village at VU 951-834, to Prek Luong village at VT 953-855, in Prek Luong sub-district, Prek Luong district, Vihear Suor province. They declared that all residents who were living in the above villages had to live in Veal Po forest at VT 996-822, in Prek Ta Kov sub-district, Prek Luong district, Vihear Suor province.
កាលពីរាត្រីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុង ៣០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធប៉េអឹមអាសេ, បេ៤០ និងគ្រាប់បែកដៃមួយចំនួនបានមកឃោសនាដល់ប្រជារាស្ដ្រ ចាប់ពីភូមិព្រែកប្រកង ត្រង់វ៉េអ៊ុយ ៩៥១-៨៣៤ រហូតមកដល់ភូមិព្រែកហ្លួង ត្រងវ៉េតេ ៩៥៣-៨៥៥ សង្កាត់ព្រែកហ្លួង ស្រុកព្រែកហ្លួង ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌ ថាឱ្យប្រជារាស្ដ្រទាំងអស់ដកថយចេញពីភូមិខាងលើហើយទៅរស់នៅ ក្នុងព្រៃវាលពោធិ៍ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៨៩៦-៨២២ សង្កាត់ព្រែកតាកូវ ស្រុកព្រែកហ្លួង ខេត្ដវិហារសួគ៌វិញ។
