North Yuon Viet Congs who had shelters at VT 662-260, 609-262 and 668-380, in Sla Kou region, Phsa Thnal Bat, moved to Tram Khnar headquarter. These enemies appointed a person, named Sam Sin, a former Chief of Pur Ang Krong commune as a Front chief of Kong Pisey district.
ពួកខ្មាំងយៀកកុងយួខខាងជើង ដែលមានជំរុំនៅតំបន់ស្លាគូ ត្រង់ចំណុច វ៉េតេ ៦៦២-២៦០ ផ្សារថ្នល់បត់ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦០៩-២៦២ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦៦៨-៣៨០ បានរំកិលចូល មកនៅជិតបន្ទាយត្រាំខ្នារ។ ពួកខ្មាំងនេះបានចាត់តាំងឈ្មោះ សំ ស៊ីន ប្រធានឃុំពោធិ៍អង្គ្រង ស្រុកគងពិសី ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ឱ្យធ្វើជា ប្រធានរណសិរ្សប្រចាំស្រុកគងពិសី។
