On May 10-11, 1973, some 150 Khmer Viet Congs under commander Ta Raom, and equipped with five B-40 guns, one (6 mm) heavy artillery, ten (M79) guns and a large amount of PM-AC and AR-15 guns came to stay in Thmar Sar village at VT 774-998, Cham Bak Pluoh village at VT 774-979 and Trapeang Roka at VT 752-985, in Phnom Bat sub-district, Oudong district, Oudong Meanchey province.
គាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០-១១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុង ប្រហែល១៥០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ តា រោម ប្រដាប់ ដោយអាវុធបេ៤០ ចំនួន៥ដើម, កាំភ្លើង៦០មីលីម៉ែត្រ ១ដើម, អឹម៧៩ ចំនួន១០ដើម, ប៉េអឹមអាសេ និងអាអ៊ែ១៥ ជាច្រើន បានចូលមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិថ្មស ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧៧៤-៩៩៨, ភូមិចំបកភ្លោះ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧៧៤-៩៧៩ និងភូមិត្រពាំងរកា ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៧៥២-៧៨៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ភ្នំបាត ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដឧដុង្គមានជ័យ។
