Uon Yoeung aka Set, chief of state commerce group, confessed that Seng and Ret, soldiers of state commerce, were traitorous forces of Phin, chief of screening unit. In 1976, Phin assigned them to transport 200 sacks of cloths and 30 big boxes of medicines, and then to hide them along Kampuchea Krom Blvd.
អ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា សេង យុទ្ធជននៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ និងឈ្មោះ រ៉េត យុទ្ធជននៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ជាកម្លាំងក្បត់របស់ឈ្មោះ ភីន ប្រធានសំរិតសំរាំង។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ ភីន បានចាត់តាំងអ្នកទាំងពីរឱ្យយកក្រណាត់ ២០០ បាវ ថ្នាំពេទ្យ ៣០ ឡាំង លាក់ទុកនៅម្ដុំផ្លូវកម្ពុជាក្រោម។
