The source reported that North Viet Congs had collected food from local people in order to supply their soldier to attack National Army who were to come back to Chhouk district. In Ba Niev commune, Chhouk district, Kampot province at VS 500-992, there were 300 Khmer Viet Congs under the command of Ngov, as former third assistant the chief of Wat Ang commune.
