The source reported that on October 16, 1970, more thatn 100 North Yuon Viet Congs came down to Srah Banteay village, Svay Phleung commune of Tangkok region at WU 177-533. And other 2,000 North Yuon Viet Congs had main headquarter in Chamkar Andong rubber plantation.
