A large of enemies who stayed in Baray district, Kampong Thom province, had hidden themselves in treanches and positioned 75mm heavy artilleries and 82 mm heavy artilleries at main-points in order to shell at National Army who moved to Baray district.
ពួកខ្មាំងដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ បានត្រៀម កម្លាំងជាពិសេសបានចាត់វិធានការ២ចំណុចគឺ បង្កប់កម្លាំងទ័ពនៅ ក្រោមដីក្នុងលេណដ្ឋានយ៉ាងមាំ និងបានដាក់កាំភ្លើងធុន៧៥មម, ៨២មម នៅតាមចំណុចសំខាន់ៗ ដើម្បីចាត់ការបកលើកងកម្លាំងជាតិ ដែលនឹងធ្វើដំណើរឆ្លងកាត់មកស្រុកបារាយណ៍នេះ។
