On July 4, 1971, about 300 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces deployed along a creek at VT 622-771, 622-772, 630-773, 630-772, and were about to attack National Army stoodby in Ang Taloek pagoda and Ang Khmao pagoda.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ៤-កក្កដា-១៩៧១ មានពួកខ្មាំងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល ៣០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ធុនបានត្រៀមចាំនៅបណ្ដោយអូរ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦២២-៧៧១, ៦២២-៧៧២, ៦៣០-៧៧២ ក្នុងគោលបំណងប្រុងវាយប្រហារកងទ័ពជាតិប្រចាំការនៅវត្ដអង្គតាឡឹក និងវត្ដអង្គខ្មៅ។
