Maybe 100 Viet Congs and 20 Khmer Viet Congs settled shelters in a forest at VT 786-935 in Sangkat Chrey las . 25 Khmer Viet Cong others deployed along a forest at VT 801-954, in order to check travellers. Nowadays the number of enemies increased in Sangkat Chhvang, Chrey Las, Phnom Bang and Tumnup Thom. The total number was about 2,000 to 3,000 and they were equipped with all kind of weapons.
យួនយៀកកុងចំនួន១០០នាក់ និងខ្មែរយៀកកុង២០នាក់បាន ធ្វើជំរុំលាក់ខ្លួននៅព្រៃ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៨៦-៩៣៥ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ជ្រៃលាស់។ ខ្មែរយៀកកុង២៥នាក់បានរាយគ្នា តាមព្រៃត្រង់ចំនុចវ៉េតេ ៨០១-៩៥៤ សម្រាប់យាមឆែកឆេរ អ្នកដំណើរ។ សព្វថ្ងៃខ្មាំងនៅក្នុងសង្កាត់ឈ្វាំង, ជ្រៃលាស់, ភ្នំបាង និងទំនប់ធំមានចំនួនកាន់តែកើនឡើងជាលំដាប់ ប្រហែល២,០០០នាក់ ទៅ៣,០០០នាក់ ដោយមានកាំភ្លើងគ្រប់ធុន។
