On April 12, 1971, about 800 Viet Congs including Korean armed forces came to shelter at VT 524-964, 523-967, 526-968 and 527-965 in Veal Pon sub-district, Am Lang district, Kampong Speu proivince. And 150 enemies sheltersed at VT 593-824, 594-826, 596-825 and 595-824 in Trapeang Lvea district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១២ មេសា ១៩៧១ មានខ្មាំងយៀកកុងប្រហែល ៨០០នាក់ ក្នុងនោះមានជនជាតិកូរ៉េមួយចំនួនបានមកតាំងជម្រក នៅក្នុងរង្វង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៥២៤-៩៦៤, ៥២៣-៩៦៧, ៥២៦-៩៦៨, ៥២៧-៩៦៥ ក្នុងឃុំវាលពន់ ស្រុកអមលាំង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ចំណែកឯនៅស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ក៏មានខ្មាំងចំនួន១៥០នាក់ផេ្សងទៀត បាន មកតាំងជម្រកនៅក្នុង រង្វង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៥៩៣-៨២៤, ៥៩៤-៨២៦, ៥៩៦-៨២៥ និង ៥៩៥-៨២៤ ក្នុងស្រុកត្រពាំងល្វាដែរ។
