The source reported that on April 18, 1971, about 650 North Yuon Viet Cong armed forces hid themselves in Prey Kbah village at WU 107-058, Prey Po Sour Sdei sub-district of Srey Santhor district. they were about to attack National Army position in Preah Prasap region.
