ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៤ ធ្នូ ១៩៧០ មូលដ្ឋានហឹ្វកហឺ្វន យោធារបស់ខ្មាំងមួយកន្លែងនៅក្នុងចម្ការកៅស៊ូកំពុងតែបន្ដបង្ហាត់ យុវជននៅកន្លែងនោះដដែល។ យុវជនខ្មែរចំនួន២៥០នាក់ ទើប នឹងចេញពីកន្លែងហឹ្វកហឺ្វននៅតំបន់ចម្ការកៅស៊ូព្រែកកក់។
