ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃ១០ មេសា ១៩៧១ វៀតកុងបាន បញ្ជូនទ័ពចូលមកក្នុងតំបន់ចម្ការកៅស៊ូជប់ និងពាមជាំងចំនួន៣ កងពល។ មានកងពលលេខ៩ បានមកតាំងទីបញ្ជាការនៅភូមិតាអ៊ុយ ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៥៨០-១៥៦ ជាយខាងជើងចម្ការ កៅស៊ូពាមជាំង។
