ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ មេសា ១៩៧១ មានពួកខ្មែរ វៀតកុងចំនួន១៦០នាក់ នៅក្នុងចំណោមនោះមានយួនចំនួន៤០នាក់ នៅលាយឡំជាមួយបានមកតាំងជម្រកនៅជាអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍នាទិសខាង ជើងវត្ដក្ដីកណ្ដាល នៅត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៥៦៣-៨៤៦, ៥៦១-៨៥០, ៥៦៤-៨៥១, ៥៦៦-៨៤៧ នៅក្នុងឃុំជើងរាស់ ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
