On April 22, 1971, about 6,000 Viet Cong armed forces, under the command of Nam Dou and Pai Than, divided in to small groups and hid in Kampeng sub-district, Kirivong district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២២ មេសា ១៩៧១ មានកងទ័ពយួនយៀកកុងប្រហែល ៦,០០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ធុន ក្រោមបញ្ជាការឈ្មោះ ណាំ ឌូ និងឈ្មោះបៃ ថាន់ បានបំបែកគ្នាជាក្រុមលាក់ខ្លួននៅតាមភូមិ នានាក្នុងឃុំកំពែង ស្រុកគីរីវង្ស។
