On December 19, 1970, 50 enemies armed forces moved from Tonle Sab to Steng Storng river by machine boats. And they then deployed at VV:557-307 in Vietnamese houses, Kampong Chen sub-district,
Storng district. And 200 enemies hide themselves in Ko Koh sub-district. 75 enemies had set up a hospital in the forest, located in the west of Santok mountain. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ មានខ្មាំង៥០នាក់ប្រដាប់អាវុធ គ្រប់ដៃបានធើ្វដំណើរដោយទូកម៉ាស៊ីនចេញពីទនេ្លសាប ហើយចូលទៅ តាមសឹ្ទងស្ទោង ហើយរាយគ្នាតាមផ្ទះបណ្ដែតទឹកជាមួយជនជាតិយួន កើតស្រុកខ្មែរ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េវ៉េៈ៥៥៧-៣០៧ ក្នុងសង្កាត់កំពង់ចិន ស្រុកស្ទោង។ ហើយខ្មាំង២០០នាក់ទៀតលាក់ខ្លួនក្នុងសង្កាត់កកោះ។ ខ្មាំងបានតាំងមនី្ទរពេទ្យមួយកន្លែងសិ្ថតក្នុងព្រៃខាងលិចភ្នំសន្ទុក ដែលមានគ្នាវាចំនួន៧៥នាក់។
