On December 23, 1970, about 150 North Yuon Viet Cong armed forces came to hide themselves at WT: 128-898, located in the south of Prey Ba-rang pagoda, Khsach Kandal district, Kandal province. And 100 others had deployed at WT: 119-899.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ មានខ្មាំងវៀតកុងខាងជើង១៥០ នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានតាំងជម្រកលាក់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងព្រៃខាងត្បូងវត្ដ ព្រៃបាំង ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ១២៨-៨៩៨ ក្នុងស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ខេត្ដ កណ្ដាល។ ខ្មាំង១០០នាក់ទៀត បានតាំងជម្រកលាក់ខ្លួនមួយកន្លែង ទៀតត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ ១១៩-៨៩៩។
