On May 20, 1971, enemy commander group called for a meeting in Tomnob Bak village at VT 635-867 in Chan Sen sub-district, Oudong district of Kampong Speu in the purpose of sending troops to areas surrounded the capital city. On May 21, 1971, the enemies sent 200 armed forces to Ponhea Pun sub-district, Ponhea Leu district of Kandal province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ឧសភា ១៩៧១ ក្រុមបញ្ជាការទ័ពខ្មាំង បានប្រជុំ គ្នានៅភូមិទំនប់បាក់ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦៣៥-៨៦៧ ក្នុងឃុំចាន់សែន ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ដើម្បីចាត់បញ្ជូនទ័ពចូលមក តំបន់ក្បែរ រដ្ឋធានី។ នៅថ្ងៃទី២១ ឧសភា ១៩៧១ ពួកខ្មាំងបានបញ្ជូលគ្នា ប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធគ្រប់ដៃធ្វើដំណើរ ឆ្ពោះមក ឃុំពញាពន្ធ ស្រុកពញាឮ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
