On May 12, 1973, about 500 khmer Viet Cong Armed Forces came down from Pursat province and rested in a forest between Tbeng village and Kaok Rum Duol village at VU 586-376, VU 886-374 and VU 586-376. The source added that the chief cadre of Tbeng village was in charge of collecting food from the local people in that Region to supply the enemies, who were operating along National Road No.5.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធចុះពីខេត្ដ ពោធិ៍សាត់ មកឈប់សម្រាកនៅក្នុងព្រៃត្រង់ចន្លោះភូមិត្បែង និងភូមិគោករំដួល ក្នុងរង្វង់ចំណុចវ៉េវ៉េ ៥៨៦-៣៧៦, វ៉េអ៊ុយ ៨៨៦-៣៧៤ និងវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៥៨៦-៣៧៦។ ប្រភពបានបន្ថែម ប្រធានគណៈកម្មាភិបាលភូមិត្បែង ទទួលភារៈខាងប្រមូលស្បៀង អាហារពីអ្នកស្រុកក្នុងតំបន់នោះ ដើម្បីយកទៅចិញ្ចឹមខ្មាំង ដែលប្រតិបត្ដការនៅតាមផ្លូវជាតិលេខ៥។
