On May 21, 1971, 170 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces invited cadres in villages of Preah Nipean sub-district to have a meeting in Boeng Kak village at VT 714-619. The Khmer Viet Cong forces were equipped with three 82mm mortars.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២១ ឧសភា ១៩៧១ ពួកខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ គ្រប់ធុនចំនួន១៧០នាក់ បានប្រមូលកម្មាភិបាលរបស់ខ្លួនគ្រប់ភូមិ ក្នុងឃុំព្រះនិញ្វន្ដ ប្រជុំគ្នានៅភូមិបឹងកក់ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧១៤-៦១៩ ពួកនេះមានកាំភ្លើងត្បាល់ ទំហំ៨២មម ចំនួន៣ដើម។
