On May 23, 1971, 95 Viet Congs and Khmer Viet Congs came to hide in Prasat village at VT 389-569, Mahasang sub-district, Phnom Sruoch district of Kampong Speu. The enemies were the ones who withdrew from the attack with Brigade 13, on May 23, 1971.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៣ ឧសភា ១៩៧១ មានយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងចំនួន ៩៥នាក់ បានមកលាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិប្រាសាទ ត្រង់វ៉េតេ ៣៨៩-៥៦៩ ឃុំមហាសាំង ស្រុកភ្នំស្រួច ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើជា ខ្មាំងដែលបានដកថយពីការប្រយុទ្ធជាមួយកងពលលេខ១៣ កាលពីថ្ងៃ ២៣ ឧសភា ១៩៧១។
