អ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ញ៉ែម និង ម៉ុល បានចាត់តាំងឈ្មោះ វ័ន ប្រធានក្រុមផ្នែកទទួលសម្ភារៈពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ ឱ្យជញ្ជូនឡាន និងម៉ូតូចំនួន ៣០ គ្រឿងយកទៅលាក់ទុកនៅប៉ោយប៉ែត។
