On February 10, 1971, North Yuon Viet Congs assigned the villager, named Ka Ul, who were living at VT 749-789, in Snao village, Kandal province to spy on Phnom Penh to Tuol Leap train time table, and they then wanted to know that what is time this train will arrive at Tuol Leap. The enemies attempted to hide bomb for cutt off railway from Phnom Penh to Tuol Leap.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១០-កុម្ភះ-១៩៧១ យៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងបានចាត់ឱ្យអ្នកស្រុកម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ក្អុល នៅភូមិស្នោ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៧៤៩-៧៨៩ ក្នុងខេត្ដកណ្ដាលឱ្យទៅមើលខ្សែរថភ្លើងយើងដែល ធ្វើដំណើរភីភ្នំពេញ មកទួលលាប នៅម៉េាងប៉ុន្មាន។ ពួកយៀកកុង មានបំណងនឹងដាក់មីនផ្ដាច់ខ្សែរថភ្លើង។
