On May 28, 1971, about 70 Khmer Viet Cong armed forces came to set up shelters at VT 227-772 in Peang Lvea sub-district. Other 150 set shelters at VT 595-716 in the same sub-district of Oudong district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៨ ឧសភា ១៩៧១ មានខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រដាប់ដោយ អាវុធប្រហែល៧០នាក់ បានចូលមកតាំងជម្រកនៅត្រង់វ៉េតេ ២២៧-៧៧២ ឃុំពាំងល្វា។ ចំណែកឯខ្មាំងយៀកកុង១៥០នាក់ ផេ្សងទៀត -បានមកតាំងជម្រកនៅវ៉េតេ ៥៩៥-៧១៦ ឃុំពាំងល្វា ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺដែរ។
