Uon Yoeung aka Set, chief of state commerce group, admitted that in 1977, he and Koh, cadre of worker company, Phnom Penh commerce, cooperatively spied on factories and rice warehouses in Kilometer 6 in order to prepare plan to destroy them.
អ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧៧ ខ្លួន និងឈ្មោះ កោះ កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាធំ លីសែងពាណិជ្ជកម្មភំ្នពេញ បាននាំគ្នាដើរយកការណ៍នៅតាមរោងចក្រ និងឃ្លាំងអង្ករនៅគីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ ដើម្បីរៀបចំផែនការកំទេច។
