On January 1, 1971, 100 armed enemies moved their a headquarter Samrong village from Chihe sub-district to Kporb Sneng village at WU:441-150, Sangkat Chihe, Koh Sotin district. The enemies set one 75 mm 60mm mortar near the headquarter.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មាំងចំនួន១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃបានរើទីបញ្ជាការពីភូមិសំរោង សង្កាត់ជីហែ មកតាំងនៅ ភូមិខ្ពបស្នែង ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ៤៤១-១៥០ ក្នុងសង្កាត់ជីហែ ស្រុកកោះសូទិន។ នៅទីបញ្ជាការនេះខ្មាំងបានដាក់កាំភើ្លងត្បាល់ទំហំ ៧៥មម ចំនួនមួយដើម និងទំហំ៦០មម ចំនួន១ដើម។
