On February 9, 1971, about 350 enemy armed forces with various guns had come into Tonle Tauch at WT 175-938, in Andaung village, sangkat Mesar Brachan, Pea Reang district, Prey Veng province. And then they continued to pass Tonle Tauch river toward Vihear Suor region in Khsach Kandal district, Kandal province.
នៅថ្ងៃ៩-កុម្ភះ-១៩៧១ ពួកខ្មាំងបានបញ្ជូនទ័ពប្រហែល៣៥០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធចូលមកទនេ្លតូចត្រង់ភូមិអណ្ដូង ត្រង់ចំណុច ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១៧៥-៩៣៨ ក្នុងសង្កាត់មេសរប្រចាន់ ស្រុកពារាំង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង ហើយពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើបានបន្ដដំណើរដោយឆ្លងទនេ្លតូច ឆ្ពោះមកទិសខាងលិច ក្នុងគោលបំណងឆ្ពោះមកតំបន់វិហាសួគ៌ ស្រុកខ្សាច់កណ្ដាល ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។
