On June 04, 1971, about 70 Viet Cong troops, under the a Khmer commander Khat Meng, came to set up shelters at Southeastern of Daung village at VT 616-782, Peang Lvea sub-district, Oudong district, Kampong Speu province.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៤ មិថុនា ១៩៧១ ខ្មាំងយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធចំនួន ប្រហែល៧០នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាការខ្មែរម្នាក់ឈ្មោះ ខាត់ ម៉េង បាន ចូលមកតាំងជម្រកនៅខាងកើតឈៀងខាងត្បូងភូមិដូង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦១៦-៧៨២ ក្នុងឃុំពាំងល្វា ស្រុកឧដុង្គ ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។
