A source reported that about 200 Viet Cong troops, equipped with various guns, deployed themselves and set up shelters in forests and under villagers' houses in Prek Khmeng sub-district, Lvea Em district, Kandal province. These enemies had establised a headquarter at WT 106-786 in Toul Trea village, Prek Khmeng sub-district.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា មានយៀកកុងប្រហែល២០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធ គ្រប់ធុន បានចូលមករាយគ្នាតាំងជម្រកនៅក្នុងព្រៃខ្លះ និងក្រោមផ្ទះ អ្នកស្រុកខ្លះ ក្នុងឃុំព្រែកកេ្មង ស្រុកល្វាឯម។ ពួកខ្មាំងនេះបានតាំងទី បញ្ជាការនៅក្នុងភូមិទួលទ្រា ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ១០៦-៧៨៦ ក្នុងឃុំព្រែកកេ្មង។
