The source reported that on May 13, 1973, about 41 Khmer Rebels Armed Forces under the commander name Teng, came to set up shelters in local people's houses near Chhngok mountain at VS 203-754. They always moved from Kbal Damrei village in Chakrei Ting in an attempt to ambush the bridges guarded by the National Army along the road from Chakrei Ting cement Factory to Kampot province town.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ខ្មែរឧទ្ទាមប្រហែល៤១នាក់ ក្រោមបញ្ជាឈ្មោះ តេង ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបាន មកតាំងជម្រកនៅក្នុងផ្ទះអ្នកស្រុក នៅក្បែរភ្នំឈ្ងោក ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េអែស ២០៣-៧៥៤ តែងតែធ្វើចលនាចេញពីភូមិក្បាលដំរីនៅ ចក្រីទីង ពិសេសក្នុងគោលបំណងចាំស្ទាក់វាយប្រហារកងទ័ពជាតិ ដែលចាំការពារ ស្ពាននៅតាមមដងផ្លូវពីរោងចក្រធ្វើស៊ីម៉ង់ជរកីទីង ទៅទីរួមខេត្ដកំពត។
