ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ខ្មាំងយៀកកុងបានតាំងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ និងឃ្លាំងផ្ទុក ស្បៀង ផ្ទុកសញ្វវុធ នៅក្នុងចម្ការកៅស៊ូតាប៉ាវ។ នៅក្នុងមន្ទីរទាំង នោះមានបុគ្គលិកពេទ្យចំនួនប្រហែល១០០នាក់ និងមានវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិត ចំនួន២នាក់ផង។
