Uon Yoeung aka Sith, group chief of State Commerce, confessed that in 1976, Mol ordered Da, cadres of Kampong Soam Rubber Export Platoon; Phoan and Hun, chief of Kampong Soam Rubber Export, and Nat soldier at company 808, to open the roof of rubber warehouse in Kampong Soam -- led to destroy the quality of rubbers caused of the rain dropped.
