A source reported that on January 16, 1971, 30 enemy armed forces set shelters in Bos forest at WV:076-214 in Sambor sub-district, Kampong Svay district, Kampong Thom province. Other 100 armed forces set their headquarter in a forest near Santuk mountain at VU:998-974 in Ka Koh sub-district, Santuk district.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៦ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មាំង ប្រដាប់អាវុធចំនួន៣០នាក់ បានជ្រកលាក់ខ្លួននៅក្នុងព្រៃបុសត្រង់ចំនុច ឌុបដឺវ៉េវ៉េៈ០៧៦-២១៤ ក្នុងសង្កាត់សំបួរណ៍ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ ខ្មាំងចំនួន១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធបានធើ្វទីបញ្ជាការនៅ ក្នុងព្រៃជាយភ្នំសន្ទុក ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយៈ៩៩៨-៩៧៤ ក្នុងសង្កាត់កកោះ ស្រុកសន្ទុក។
