On February 14-15, 1971, 900 North Yuon Viet Cong armed forces deployed in village in sangkat Prek Koy, Sa Ang district. They deployed from Basac river bank in Prek Sleng village of sangkat Tasan to Prek Teahean Sao village. They were about to collect taxes from local people for both water way and land way.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៤-១៥ ខែកុម្ភះ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើង ចំនួន៩០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ដៃ បានរាយគ្នាស្នាក់នៅតាម ភូមិនានាក្នុងសង្កាត់ព្រែកគយ ស្រុកស្អាង និងបានរាយគ្នាចាប់តាំង ពីមាត់ទនេ្លបាសាក់ ពីភូមិព្រែកស្លែង សង្កាត់តាសន់ រហូតដល់ភូមិ ព្រែកទាហានសៅ។ ពួកខ្មាំងដែលរាយគ្នានេះ គឺចាំស្កាត់ហូតពន្ធពី អ្នកស្រុកទាំងផ្លូវទឹក និងផ្លូវគោក។
