Viet Cong have set up main bases in 3 places in Koh Thom district. 300 Viet Congs including Khmers has set up a firm headquarter in Kampong Kong village at WT 087-313 in Kampong Kong commune, Koh Thom district.
ពួកយួនយៀកកុងបានមកតាំងមូលដ្ឋានសំខាន់ៗចំនួន៣កន្លែង ក្នុងស្រុក កោះធំ ដូចខាងក្រោមនេះ។ ពួកយៀកកុងយួនខាងជើងចំនួន៣០០ នាក់មានខ្មែរចូលដៃមួយចំនួនបានតាំងទីបញ្ជាការយ៉ាងមាំនៅភូមិកំពង់ កុង ត្រង់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ ០៨៧-៣១៣ ក្នុងឃុំកំពង់កុង ស្រុកកោះធំ។
