On June 16, 1971, 100 Viet Congs and Khmer Viet Cong Khmer armed forces set up camp at VT969-809. They divided into two groups. One group guarded the camp, the other group propagandized and mingled with local people in Svay Chrum sub-district.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ១៦ មិថុនា ១៩៧១ មានយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុងប្រហែល ១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធបានចូលមកបោះជំរុំនៅចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៩៦៩-៨០៩។ ពួកខ្មាំងខាងលើបានចែកជា២ក្រុមដោយ ទុកត្រៀមនៅចាំកន្លែង និងឱ្យមួយក្រុមទៀតដើរឃោសនាអ្នកស្រុក ព្រមទាំងបន្លំខ្លួននៅជាមួយអ្នកស្រុកនៅក្នុងឃុំស្វាយជ្រុំ។
