Uon Yoeung aka Set, chief of state commerce group, conceded that in June 1976, Ny, chief of equipment receiving section, state commerce, linked traitorous network with him/her [Uon Yoeung aka Set] in order to carry out activities against the party in the future. Ny joined the meeting and took [traitorous] plan from Nhem to contact [traitorous network] so as to destroy the revolutionary forces and machines, and expanded more traitorous network.
អ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា នៅខែ៦ ១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ នី ប្រធានផ្នែកទទួលសម្ភារៈនៅ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយខ្លួនធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបក្ស ទៅថ្ងៃមុខ។ នី បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ញ៉ែម ឱ្យទាក់ទងគ្នា ដើម្បីកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ, កំទេចគ្រឿងចក្រ និងកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ ឱ្យបានច្រើនថែមទៀត។
