Uon Yoeung aka Sith, group chief of State Commerce, confessed that in October-1973, Ratt, working in a company, division 310, was indoctrinated by Savann to betray the party and joined the Free Khmer. In between 1973-1974, Ratt built the Free Khmer forces in order to against the revolution, provoked soldiers to escape from battlefield, and reported to soldiers [enemies] to fight the front-line.
អ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា នៅខែ១០ ១៩៧៣ ឈ្មោះ រ៉ាត់ អនុសេនាធំ កងពល ៣១០ ក្បត់បក្ស ចូលកុ្នងបក្សខ្មែរសេរី តាមការអប់រំរបស់ សាវ៉ាន់។ កុ្នងចន្លោះឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ១៩៧៤ រ៉ាត់ បានធ្វើសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំង បដិវត្ដដោយកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី បំផុសយុទ្ធជន ឱ្យរត់ចោល សមរភូមិ និងរាយការណ៍ឱ្យទាហានមកវាយបុកខ្សែត្រៀម។
