A source reported that on June 1, 1976, about 150 Khmer Viet Cong set up a heavy 75mm gun and tested it at WU 159-814 in Chi forest, Basang sub-district, Baray district, Kampong Thom province. About 1,000 armed Viet Cong came to hide in every villagers' houses in Andaung Pothom village.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ មិថុនា ១៩៧១ ខ្មាំងយៀកកុងប្រដាប់ អាវុធចំនួន១៥០នាក់ បានតាំងកាំភ្លើងធំទំហំ៧៥មីលីម៉ែត្រ ដោយមានការបាញ់ល្បងមើលផង នៅព្រៃជ័រត្រង់ចំណុច ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ១៥៩-៨១៤ ក្នុងឃុំបាសាំង ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្ដកំពង់ធំ។ ខ្មាំងយៀកកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធប្រហែល១,០០០នាក់ បាន មករាយគ្នាលាក់ខ្លួនតាមផ្ទះអ្នកស្រុកគ្រប់ផ្ទះ និងភូមិអណ្ដូងពោធិ៍ធំ។
