At night of October 23, 1972, approximately 68 Khmer-Yuon Viet Cong, equipped with weapons, especially, 4 122 mm rockets, came to stay in Anlong Sleng village at VU 904-005, Sambuor Meas sub district, Muk Kampoul district (Oudong Meanchey).
កាលពីរាត្រីថ្ងៃ២៣-តុលា-១៩៧២ មានយួន និងខ្មែរយៀកកុង ប្រហែល៦៨នាក់ ប្រដាប់ដោយអាវុធជាពិសេសមានរ៉ុក្កែត១២២មម ចំនួន៤គ្រាប់ បានចូលមកស្នាក់នៅភូមិអន្លុងស្លែង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៩០៤-០០៥ សង្កាត់សំបួរមាស ស្រុកមុខកំពូល (ឧត្ដុង្គមានជ័យ)។
