On May 01, 1971, about 200 Khmer Viet Cong came to hide themselves in two places as the following:
100 soldiers had stayed at VT:663-815, located in the North West of Ty Tuy Porng village, Tuol Prech sub-district, Ang Snoul district. 100 soldiers had hidden at VT:667-820 in Tuol Prech sub-district, Ang Snoul district.These enemies attempted to destroy the National Armybase in Bek Chan region. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧១ ខ្មែរវៀតកុងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ប្រហែល២០០នាក់ បានមកតាំងជម្រកលាក់ខ្លួនចំនួន២កន្លែង។ ជម្រកទី១សិ្ថតនៅខាងលិចឈៀងខាងជើងភូមិទីទុយពង វ៉េតេៈ៦៦៣-៨១៥ មានគ្នា១០០នាក់ ឯជម្រកទី២ មានគ្នា១០០នាក់ លាក់ខ្លួននៅ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេៈ៦៦៧-៨២០ សង្កាត់ទួលព្រិច ស្រុកអង្គស្នួល។ គោលបំណងពួកវាគឺ ប្រុងប្រៀបវាយប្រាហារមូលដ្ឋានយោធាយើង នៅតំបន់បែកចាន។
