Uon Yoeung aka Sith, group chief of State Commerce, confessed that in between 1975-1976, Nil assigned Lanh, working in company, Kampong Soam Commerce Supply, to exchange the materials at Northern zone for 100 cows, 100 pigs, in orders to get ready to attack the party.
អ៊ួន យឿង ហៅ សិត មេក្រុមពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បានសារភាពថា នៅចន្លោះឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៦ ឈ្មោះ និល បានចាត់តាំងឈ្មោះ ឡាញ់ អនុសេនាធំ ផ្គត់ផ្គង់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មកំពង់សោម ឱ្យទៅដូរសម្ភារៈ នៅភូមិភាគឧត្ដរដូចជា គោ ១០០ក្បាល ជ្រូក ១០០ក្បាល ដើម្បីទុកត្រៀមពេលមានផែនការវាយបក្ស។
