កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
On October 24, 1972, 100 Yuon Viet Cong armed forces, equipped with various weapons such as Chinese PM guns, M-78, 2 75mm mortars, 1 82mm mortar, one 60mm mortar, 2 30mm machine guns, 12 B-40 guns, hid in Chrang Totoeng village WT 222-735. Then deployed along river at WT 227-721 in Prek Runteh sub district, Pea Reang district, Prey Veng province. They had mission to ambush big business ship travelled from Phnom Penh to Prey Norkor.
កាលពីថ្ងៃ២៤-តុលា-១៩៧២ យួនយៀកកុងចំនួន១០០នាក់ ប្រដាប់អាវុធគ្រប់ធុនជាកាំភើ្លងប៉េអ៊ឹមចិន, អ៊ឹម៧៨, កាំភ្លើង៧៥មម ២៤េដីម, កាំភ្លើងត្បាល់៨២មម ១ដើម, កាំភើ្លងត្បាល់ទំហំ៦០មម ១ដើម, កាំភ្លើងយន្ដ៣០មម ២ដើម និង បេ៤០ ១២ដើម មកលាក់ខ្លួននៅភូមិច្រាំងទទឹង ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ២២២-៧៣៥ រាយគ្នាតាមមាត់ទនេ្លដល់ចំណុចឌុបដឺវ៉េតេ២២៧-៧២១ ក្នុងឃុំព្រែករន្ទះ ស្រុកពារាំង ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។ ខ្មាំងខាងលើនេះ មានបេសកកម្មចាំលប់បាញ់កប៉ាល់ជំនួញធំៗដែលធ្វើដំណើរ ពីភ្នំពេញទៅព្រៃនកគរ។
