On May 02, 1971, some North Viet Congs moved to Toul Ampel village at WT:065-701 in Koky sub-district, Kean Svay district, Kandal province. These enemies attempted to attack national armed forces who were defending Dey Et primary School and Ply wood factory.
កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២ ឧសភា ១៩៧១ មានយៀកកុងខាងជើងមួយចំនួនបាន ឡើងមកជិតភូមិទួលអំពិល ឌុបដឺវ៉េតេៈ០៦៥-៧០១ សង្កាត់គគីរ កៀនស្វាយ ខេត្ដកណ្ដាល។ ពួកវាប្រុងវាយប្រហារកងការពារជាតិយើង ដែលប្រចាំការនៅអនុវិទ្យាល័យដីឥដ្ឋ និងរោងចក្រក្ដាបន្ទះ។
