Keo Rat, 18 years old, defected to military sub-region of Kampot on November 13, 1973. He said that a camp in the Southern part of Marom mountain, near Chrap pagoda was used for training new combatants military strategy.
ឈ្មោះ កែវ រ៉ាត អាយុ១៨ឆ្នាំ បានចូលមកសារភាពនៅផ្នែកសឹក រងកំពត កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ សាមុីខ្លួនបានឆ្លើយ អោយការណ៍ថា ជំរុំមួយកន្លែងនៅខាងត្បូងភ្នំម្រោមក្បែរវត្ដច្រាប ជាកន្លែងសម្រាប់បង្ហាត់បង្រៀនយុទ្ធជនដែលទើបនឹងរើសថ្មី។
