From October 25-29, 1970, North Viet Congs sent their soldiers from Chamkar Leu district to Chamkar Sam Seb sub-district in Kampong Siem district, Kampong Cham province and they then had hidden at WV 395-196 and 393-277 in villager's houses, Vihear Thom sub-district. On the other hand, these enemies had established hospitals around villagers' houses in Kampong Siem district.
ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃ២៥ ដល់២៩ តុលា ១៩៧០ ពួកខ្មាំងវៀតកុងខាងជើងបាន បញ្ជូនទ័ពជាក្រុមៗរាល់ៗថ្ងៃចេញពីតំបន់ស្រុកចំការលើ ឆ្ពោះទៅឃុំ ចំការសាមសិប ស្រុកកំពង់សៀម ហើយបង្កប់ខ្លួននៅតាមផ្ទះអ្នក ស្រុកត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៣៩៥-១៩៦។ នៅក្នុងឃុំវិហារធំ ត្រង់ឌុបដឺវ៉េអ៊ុយ ៣៩៣-២៧៧ ក្នុងស្រុកកំពង់សៀម ខ្មាំងបានតាំង មន្ទីរពេទ្យរបស់វាតាមផ្ទះអ្នកស្រុកទៀតផង។
