A few days ago, about 300 North Viet congs have moved from Sleng village at VS 67-822 in Kork Prem sub-district, Kirivong district, Kampong Speu province to mingle with villagers in Srang, Kampong Speu province. Nowdays, these enemies have forced Khmer citizens to join the army, each of villages comprised form 40 soldiers to 60 soldiers. During the attack, they always forced Khmer Viet Congs to walk in front of them. On the other hand, they have made propaganda to Khmer citizens to serve their soldiers in order to smash Lon Nol's armed forces in Kirivong district.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃកន្លងទៅនេះនៅភូមិស្លែង ឃុំគោកពេ្រម ស្រុកគីរីវង្ស ត្រង់វ៉េអេស ៦៧០-៨២២ មានទ័ព យៀកកុងខាង ជើងប្រហែល៣០០នាក់ បានឆ្លងពីស្រង់ ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ មករស់នៅលាយឡំ ជាមួយប្រជាជន។ សព្វថ្ងៃពួកវាបង្ខំឱ្យខ្មែរ យើងចូលធ្វើទ័ពវាក្នុងភូមិ នីមួយៗចំនួន៤០ ទៅ៦០នាក់។ ពេលប្រយុទ្ធម្ដងៗពួកវាតែងតែរុញខ្មែរឱ្យដើរមុខជានិច្ច។ ពួកវាឃោសនាថា ឱ្យប្រជាជនធើ្វទ័ពឱ្យបានច្រើន ដើម្បីដេញទ័ពលន់ នល់ កុំឱ្យនៅក្នុងស្រុកគីរីវង្ស។
