A source reported that 250 North Viet Congs had established camps at VT 698-237 in Khvav village, Khvav sub-district, Samrong district, Takeo province. These enemies were teaching military tactict to 500 Khmer, people who lost their thought and defected to the enemies.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា នៅក្នុងភូមិខ្វាវ ឃុំខ្វាវ ស្រុកសំរោង ខេត្ដតាកែវ ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៦៩៨-០២៣៧ មានយៀកកុងយួន ខាងជើង២៥០នាក់ បានតាំងជំរុំនៅទីនោះ។ ពួកខ្មាំងនេះកំពុងតែ បង្ហាត់បង្រៀននូវវិធីយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រដល់ខ្មែរវងេ្វងជាតិប្រហែល៥០០នាក់ ដែលចូលដៃចូលជើងនៅទីនោះ។
