A source reported that the North Viet Congs performed military action at Varion headquarters in Kampot province. These enemies had gathered and forcibly evacuated hundred of Youth men and Youth women from Prey San-dek San-long region in Takeo province; Samlanh region in Angkopr Chey district and Chhuok region in Chhuok district, Kampot province to Sreh region at VT 443-113 in Chhuok district in order to convince them to learn military strategy.
ប្រភពបានផ្ដល់មកថា ពួកខ្មាំងវៀតកុងយួនខាងជើងបានធ្វើសកម្មភាព តាមមូលដ្ឋាននៅក្នុងខេត្ដកំពត។ ពួកខ្មាំងបានកេណ្ឌប្រមូលយកយុវជន យុវតី ជាច្រើនរយនាក់ពីតំបន់ព្រៃសណ្ដែកសន្លុង ក្នុងខេត្ដតាកែវ និងតំបន់សំឡាញ ស្រុកអង្គរជ័យ និង តំបន់ឈូក ស្រុកឈូក ខេត្ដកំពត ប្រមូលយកទៅ ហាត់រៀនយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រ នៅ តំបន់ស្រែក្នុង ត្រង់ចំណុចវ៉េតេ ៤៤៣-១១៣ ក្នុងស្រុកឈូក។
